Natalie has a degree in marketing and since graduating in 2016, has worked in a number of marketing roles. She currently works within the marketing team of an Insurtech scale-up where she looks after their brand and communications channels. Natalie has volunteered with charities in the past and has gained a great deal of fulfilment from helping these types of organisations to raise awareness and generate engagement from their audiences. Nurture Steps appealed to her in particular after her nephew was born with a rare condition that causes a number of neurological conditions. She has seen first-hand the difference an organisation like Nurture Steps can make to both children and their families and was keen to do what she could to help them to continue this work. Natalie took on the role of social media at Nurture Steps in April of 2022 and looks after the social media side of the organisation, creating and scheduling content across our channels and ensuring we are engaging with our audience.
